Skoda Auto India has rolled out significant price revisions across its portfolio, passing on the full benefits of the GST 2.0 tax cuts to customers. Leading the change is the Skoda Kylaq, the brand’s most successful SUV in India, which now comes with price drops of up to ₹1.19 lakh. The Slavia sedan also receives meaningful benefits, with cuts of up to ₹63,000.
The timing of these revisions is aimed squarely at the festive season, ensuring Skoda remains competitive in the compact SUV and mid-size sedan categories—two of the most contested segments in India.
Skoda Kylaq: Price Drop Up to ₹1.19 Lakh
The Kylaq, Skoda’s best-seller in India, is the biggest gainer from the new GST slabs. With GST dropping from 29% (28% GST + 1% Cess) to 18% flat, Kylaq’s ex-showroom prices have been revised substantially.

With these revisions, the Kylaq strengthens its appeal as a value-packed premium compact SUV, offering strong features, safety, and performance at more accessible price points.
Skoda Slavia: Price Drop Up to ₹63,000
The Skoda Slavia sedan has also seen meaningful price corrections across its 1.0 TSI and 1.5 TSI line-ups. Depending on the variant, benefits range from ₹46,000 to ₹63,000.

This puts the Slavia in a strong position within the mid-size sedan market, giving customers an extra reason to consider Skoda during the festive period.
Festive Timing: Skoda’s Strategy
Although GST 2.0 officially takes effect from September 22, 2025 (Navaratri Day), Skoda has announced these offers in advance. This ensures that showroom activity stays strong in the lead-up to the festive season, preventing a sales slowdown as customers wait for the new prices.
By passing on GST-equivalent benefits immediately, Skoda aims to maintain steady momentum and capture festive demand at its peak.
