Fast forward to 2024, Nissan has given this popular SUV a well-deserved facelift, adding a host of new features while maintaining its price competitiveness, starting at ₹5.99 lakhs. Let's dive into the key highlights of the Nissan Magnite facelift.
Exterior
The facelift of the Nissan Magnite brings bold exterior changes, especially at the front end, where the updates are most noticeable:
- New Grille: The Magnite now sports a bigger and bolder grille with a thick chrome border and gloss black inserts, giving it a more aggressive and premium look. The grille is 20% wider and 3% higher than before, enhancing the SUV's road presence.
- Front Skid Plate: An aggressively styled faux skid plate integrated into the front bumper gives the Magnite a tougher, more off-road-ready appearance. The front bumper also features integrated fog lamps for improved visibility.
- Alloy Wheels: The facelift brings a fresh design for the 16-inch alloy wheels, which now feature R16 Diamond Cut alloy wheels with a dual-tone finish, adding a sporty touch to the Magnite's profile.
- Roof Rails: Standard across all variants, the roof rails are both aesthetic and functional, capable of carrying up to 50 kg of load.
- Tail Lamps: At the rear, the taillamps now have a Japanese-inspired 3D honeycomb lighting signature, adding a unique flair to the SUV’s design while retaining the L-shaped DRLs from the previous model.
Interior
The interior of the Magnite has received a premium upgrade with new materials and added tech features:
- Dual-Tone Upholstery: The facelifted model gets new dual-tone black and orange upholstery, giving the cabin a fresh and vibrant look.

Existing features such as the 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, and cruise control remain part of the package.
- Spacious Cabin: Best-in-class cabin storage of 19 liters, combined with a 336-liter boot that can be expanded to 690 liters with the rear seats folded, provides ample storage for road trips or daily commutes. The seats have a standard 60:40 split for added flexibility.
- UV-Resistant Leather Seats: A segment-first, these seats are designed to reflect surface heat, making them cooler and more comfortable, especially in hot weather.
