Maruti Suzuki has officially launched its much-anticipated midsize SUV, the Victoris, in India. The Victoris comes equipped with six airbags as standard, disc brakes on all wheels, and an electronic parking brake with auto-hold.

For the first time in Maruti Suzuki’s history, Level-2 ADAS technology has been introduced, starting with the Victoris. The suite includes automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with curve speed reduction, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, and high beam assist.

The Victoris embodies a balanced and modern design language. The front fascia takes inspiration from the e-Vitara, with sleek LED headlamps, a chrome-accented grille, and bold bumper styling. From the side, its large quarter glass and 17-inch aero-cut alloy wheels highlight its proportions. At the rear, the SUV boasts connected LED tail lamps with a unique scattered glow pattern.

The Victoris shares its powertrain lineup with the Grand Vitara, offering:

• 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol (103 hp, 139 Nm) with 5-speed MT or 6-speed AT, mileage of up to 21.18 km/l.
• 1.5L strong hybrid (92.5 hp, 122 Nm) paired with an e-CVT, mileage of 28.65 km/l.
• CNG variant with a claimed mileage of 27.02 km/kg.
• Optional AWD system with drive modes (Auto, Snow, Sport, Lock) and hill descent control.

A Global Ambition
